Ellie finally got her turn to have Scooter, the class bear, for the weekend! We all just laughed when we found out that we would have Scooter the weekend after Annie was born! However, it turned out to be a great time! I have to admit that it felt a bit like having 4 kids, but Ellie had a blast. We had a slight delay in getting Scooter...it's a long story....but he came via special delivery by Mrs. Laws on Saturday afternoon. Fortunately, Kelsey was more than willing to help us with Scooter. Kelsey took Scooter & Ellie to Build-A-Bear and to Sonic. He also went with us to church, Mom & Papa's for lunch, Nannie & PawPaw's for dinner, work on Monday (we got to keep him an extra day since we were late getting him), lunch & dinner at Mimi & Papa Jim's. It was really cute to watch Ellie take care of him. She tucked him into bed, chose his clothes, played with him....She was great!
