Time for the Tooth Fairy - Again!

For a couple of weeks now, Ellie has been wiggling her two front teeth. They have slowly gotten looser and looser. It got to the point that the one on the right (when you are facing E) was barely hanging on. It was nasty! Every time we asked if we could wiggle it or pull it, Ellie would spazz. She kept tattling to my mama whose response was "You tell them that Mimi said to leave you alone." Ellie used this line over and over. She even told Mrs. Novak (she is the K4 Aid at AB and was a sub in Ellie's class last week) what her Mimi says when Mrs. Novak offered to pull it. Well finally on Thursday morning, Brian and I convinced Ellie to let me pull her tooth. She tried to get out of it, but we convinced her that we had a really great prize if she'd let me do it. I barely had to pull on the tooth before it popped out. She cried for like 2 seconds, looked at me and said, "That didn't hurt." She was shocked. She took her tooth to school and showed all her friends.

Then Saturday afternoon while Ellie and Kasey (E's big surprise for the weekend) were playing and laughing, Ellie somehow got hit in the mouth and her other front tooth came out! Yippee!! We all got so tickled. Ellie cried because there was blood - not because it hurt. Kasey was worried that she would get into trouble until I thanked her and shook her hand and Brian told her a story about one of his teeth getting knocked out. This was the tooth that Ellie chipped when she was 18 months old. I have to admit that it has been very strange to get used to not seeing that tooth any more!

Look at the toothless wonder!

Mollie couldn't be out done. She's convinced she has loose teeth too.

I found you :)
We let Ms. A pull teeth. She's pulled many of ours... wiggly teeth give me the willies!
