I know I'm a little late posting this, but better late than never. Right? The week before Annie was born, Ellie had her long-awaited field trip to the Little Rock Zoo. Since I knew I could not go on her end-of-the-year field trip, I made sure that I could be at this one. Ellie's sweet teacher, Mrs. Laws, was sick and couldn't go with us. It was really sad. However, my friend Tara Jacobs was the substitute for the day. It was fun to have her there with me. Ellie had a blast. It was a beautiful day - slightly overcast with cool temps. Ellie and I enjoyed our time together.
