The Annual Christmas Cookie Decorating

One of my favorite Christmas activities is making Christmas cookies. Well, we don't really have to make them. My mama makes the dough, the kids (little and big) cut out the shapes we want and we all pitch in to decorate them. Some cookies are prettier than others, but they are all delicious! I always love cookie making day. We bake cookies together and eat lunch together. So fun!!

Noah welcomes Annie to her first Christmas cookie event.

Mollie quickly crawled up in Kelsey's lap to get some help with the cookie cutters.

Ellie did an excellent job cutting out cookies.

As always, Mandy was the ultimate pro at the cookies!

Mollie and Noah took a little break.

And, Annie got a little time with Dunna before it was time to decorate cookies.

Mollie had her own bowl of sprinkles - you know, in case she was tempted to lick her spoon.

Somehow, Mandy had the lucky job of assisting Mollie and Noah with their decorating.

Micah was a good sport helping Mollie with her cookies.

Brian decided to watch TV rather than decorate cookies. I think he was quite comfortable.

Mollie - are you decorating cookies or eating cookies? Told ya she needed her own supplies and cookies!

Ellie was very careful decorating her cookies.

Final stages of the cookie decorating.
In case you were curious, Santa must have LOVED the cookies. He ate 2 or 3! :)
